Airport Reservation Details
Please provide the following information when booking airport transfers so we can confirm your reservation and arrange timely pickup:
Name
Phone number
Date of departure and return
Outgoing and incoming flight numbers (if available)
Number and ages of passengers
Pick‑up address and return address
If you have special needs (wheelchair assistance, car seat, large luggage, or pets), include that information when you book.
What to Expect for Airport Trips
Flight monitoring: Provide flight numbers so we can track arrivals and adjust for delays.
On‑time pickups: We aim to arrive promptly; please be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
Group coordination: For groups, include a lead contact and any special instructions to help us coordinate pickups and drop‑offs.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards to reserve your shuttle. For your convenience and security, online or phone card payments are the fastest way to guarantee your booking.
Cash payments: are accepted at pickup only. We do not accept cash reservations over the phone. Please have the exact fare amount ready—our drivers do not carry cash and cannot make change.
Cancellations: Please notify us immediately of any travel changes. We require at least 24-hour notice of any cancellation. Customers will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee for any cancellations made less than 24 hours.
Pets: We welcome pets on board with a few simple guidelines to ensure a safe, comfortable ride for everyone. Small pets must remain in a secure carrier; larger pets should be leashed and well‑behaved. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Please notify us at booking if you plan to travel with a pet so we can confirm vehicle availability and any applicable fees.
Car seat requirements: GA Peach Shuttle follows all Georgia child restraint laws. Please call us for specific requirements and to arrange any needed child seats.
